I am not usually one to condone violence or to suggest to anyone that they revert to the same, however, in this day and age, there seems to be no way to rid us of corrupt politicians. Before confederation, back in 1932, the then Prime Minister of Newfoundland was Sir Richard Anderson Squires. He was found to be corrupt and the people marched on The Colonial Building, forced their way inside, and were going to actually lynch him for his crimes. He escaped and later resigned, including the whole party and others that were involved in the scandal. Click the links above for more information.
The point I am trying to make is this. Here in Newfoundland, we have a boondoggle called Muskrat Falls. Hemorrhaging money to the tune of over 7 Billion Dollars over budget, with most of that going into the pockets of SNC Lavalin (allegedly) before they were kicked out of the project. The project is said to have been misrepresented from day one, starting with Danny Williams (Premier at the time the project was started), and numerous politicians from there on either in a conflict of interest like Cathy (The Hamburgler) Bennet who was allegedly having her hands in the cookie jar when she was on the chair of Nalcor Energy in 2012 and gave her companies some contracts before she left. The list of corruptness runs deep with this project, from Danny to the now Premier Dwight Ball who tried to run away, but got trapped into staying as the CCP Virus hit. There are/were many times that this project should have been halted, and it never was. All politicians, including the head of Nalcor now and then should be held accountable. They even did an inquiry, however, if I am not mistaken, Dwight Ball made it so no criminal charges could be laid from the inquiry? How is that even possible, to find people criminally negligent, but will not face charges? See what I mean, the system is broken!
Now, how about our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau? The things he has done in the last 6 months warrant a Coup, let alone everything he has done in the last 5 years. The SNC-Lavalin Affair is just one of many crimes he has committed, and essentially has told The RCMP to look the other way! The system is broken. I don’t have it in me to list all the atrocities he has done in the last 5 years, but I will list one more, that warrants something being done to stop this from happening again. He bought a pipeline, so he could let it fail, thereby destroying Alberta’s economy. He allowed a fake chief of the Wet’suwet’en people to get into negotiations for the pipeline, even though the Wet’suwet’en is not even a tribe, or band, they receive no federal funding, and are bankrolled by a foreign company and all 20 elected band councils along the Coastal GasLink pipeline route have already given approval. He then allowed blockades of the railway lines throughout Canada, even though there were court orders telling the police to remove all blockades, as they were illegal. He allegedly told The RCMP to step down and allow the blockades, even though they put trains, and workers in grave danger as they were also putting things on the tracks with no other purpose than to try and derail them. The system is broken. It is time for a coups d’état!
